HIGH INSULATING QUALITY
The use of the panels as disposable forms makes it possible to cast the concrete independently of external temperatures. The casting is protected from danger of freezing and from evaporation.
Since this system is insulated in both sides of the panel, the panel is able to transform the latent heat of dehydration into energy; this phenomenon contributes to improving the quality of curing process and to lowering the time to curing.
A double panel (22 cm. thickness) will give a thermal transmission coefficient equal to 0.47 w/m2k (0.31 w/m2k for a 30 cm. double panel).
In addition to the thermal advantages, the system will offer analogous advantages from the acoustic point of view, both in the vertical as well as the horizontal elements.

A new system of aseismatic and insulating construction based on a new idea in the
structuring of panels.
The Young Building panel consists of a strong and light double galvanized wire net, and of an inner
layer of insulating material (polystyrene foam). The advantage of the panel, lies in the
possibility of using it, not only as a partition, but also as a load carrying shuttering in
installing walls and floors. The casting of the concrete between the two Young Building panels will
form, in a much shorter time than required for normal forms, a single aseismatic supporting element
ready for plastering. No need of concrete columns and beams, nor are additional woods forms required
for its construction.
In quickness of execution and reliability, Young Building is better than any previous system of
construction, whether traditional or prefabricated, and it sums up; moreover, the important
advantages of both.
